However, a GST-registered business owner who buys a commercial property under the company will be to apply and get back the GST amount subject to IRA guidelines for businesses.
C) No ABSD (Additional Buyer's Stamp Duty) for Commercial Office Space Purchase There is no liability for buyers of commercial office spaces for any number of units purchased.
D) No SSD (Seller's Stamp Duty) for Commercial Office Space Sale There is no liability for sellers of commercial office spaces for any number of units sold.
